We suggest that you contact us by email when making a payment, in order to validate the delivery thereof.

1. Connect to your bank’s online portal
2. Choose the option to transfer interac
3. For the recipient, choose by email at info@campingbernard.com
4. Make sure to use your campsite number as the answer to the secret question.

N.B: If your campsite has two characters (eg A2), you simply need to add a 0 to the front of the lot number (eg A02).

1. Credit card payments are accepted in person at reception during the regular season.
2. To make a payment out of season, you must reach us by email, in order to organize a manual payment.

There are other accepted payment methods, however these are discussed on a case-by-case basis with our customers.
